Thank you for all the love on my 46th trip around the sun. Today I am feeling grateful for all the blessings around me. Not too long ago I was in a rough place. I had Lymes disease that destroyed me physically and mentally. I had babies at home, was building a practice and had no choice but to power through. I went to doctors on my days off, I took the medications and I prayed. It wasn’t until I took my health into my own hands, that days started getting better. My body and mind became stronger and I saw a glimmer of possibility. Today I can confidently say I feel amazing. I have learned first hand what it feels like to be sick but, I have also learned what it takes to become super human. Diet, movement, peptides, mindset all brought me not only back to health, but I can confidently say I feel better today than I ever have. I cannot wait to share what lies ahead at Balance Wellness.
