Ten years of Noelle at Center for NeuroWellness and Red Bank wouldn’t be Red Bank without her.

Noelle is the kind of person who holds a space together, not loudly, but consistently, thoughtfully, and with real heart. We’re incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and warmth she brings to our practice every single day.

Congratulations on 10 years, Noelle. Thank you for a decade of care and consistency. We’re grateful for you and so lucky you’re ours. ✨

The holidays are meant to be joyful yet for many women, they feel overwhelming and exhausting.

Between managing expectations, traditions, family needs, and emotions, rest often feels like something we have to earn. When we can’t slow down, we tend to blame ourselves.

But this isn’t a personal failure. It’s neuroscience.

Our brains reward productivity with dopamine, not rest, which makes slowing down feel uncomfortable, even when our nervous system needs it most.

🧠 Rest is not a reward. It’s a biological necessity.
Rest supports emotional regulation, resilience, focus, and mental health especially during high-stress seasons like the holidays.

If this resonates, we invite you to read more here:
https://centerforneurowellness.com/women-holiday-stress/

Taking care of your brain is one of the most powerful gifts you can give, to yourself and to those you love.

Many women struggle to rest during the holidays, but neuroscience shows that true recovery supports health, performance and well-being.

🧠 National Concussion Awareness Day 2025

Today we recognize National Concussion Awareness Day, a reminder of the importance of understanding, identifying, and treating concussions with the seriousness they deserve.

At the Center for NeuroWellness, we see firsthand how concussions affect not only athletes, but also students, professionals, parents, and older adults. A concussion is a brain injury — and every brain deserves protection, care, and the chance to heal.

This day is about more than awareness. It’s about
• Education → knowing the signs and symptoms.
• Early action → seeking prompt evaluation and treatment.
• Support → walking alongside individuals and families through recovery.

Our mission is to redefine mental and brain health through science, compassion, and whole-person care. On this day, we renew our commitment to bringing hope, healing, and evidence-based solutions to our community.

If you or someone you love has experienced a concussion, you are not alone. We’re here to help you navigate the path to recovery. 🧠

The Center for NeuroWellness had an incredible time at our 8th Annual Family Night with the Jersey Shore BlueClaws! 🧢

This annual tradition is one of our favorite ways to step away from our busy schedules, spend time with our families, and enjoy the company of the amazing people who make up our community.

At CNW, we believe wellness isn’t just about the mind, it’s also about relationships, joy, and shared experiences. Nights like this bring it all together.

A special thank-you to the Jersey Shore BlueClaws for hosting us, and to our CNW team and families for making the night so special. We’re already looking forward to next year!

2025 Practice Retreat! We stepped away from the day-to-day to reconnect—with ourselves, with each other, and with the mission that drives us: Redefining Mental Health.

Our retreat focused on aligning values, deepening trust, and trying out NeuroFit, our soon-to-launch brain wellness tool—on ourselves.

It was a reminder that the most meaningful care starts from within.

To our team: thank you for showing up with clarity, insight, and heart. You continue to inspire us.
