AccuCare Physical Therapy will work closely with your referring physician; sending evaluations, progress reports, and plans of care to keep them informed of your status and to maximize you progress! We offer early morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday appointments so you can get the appointment times you need! AccuCare will take care of all of your insurance needs, making all of the necessary calls and submitting all necessary paperwork for you.
