It was an honor to connect with our local veterans, their families, and the incredible community members who came out to show their support and gratitude.

Events like this are so vital in recognizing the immense sacrifice and dedication of our veterans.We are proud to serve the Beachwood community and stand ready to assist our veterans with any Palliative or Hospice care needs.

🎄 Our 2nd Year Bringing Cheer to the Center for Modern Aging of Princeton! 🎶

Thank you for inviting our group back to sing at your annual holiday luncheon. It’s always a joy to share music with such a wonderful room of seniors and join in a lively sing-along. 🎁 White Elephant Networking Fun! 🎁
Today’s event was the perfect blend of holiday cheer and professional collaboration! Affinity Hospice partnered with Accela Post Acute Care Hamilton to host a White Elephant gift exchange—and it was a HIT!

From laughter and surprises to meaningful conversations, today reminded us how powerful community partnerships truly are. Together, we continue to build strong relationships that support residents, patients, and the teams who care for them every day.

Today we had the pleasure of partnering with the Accela nursing team for a special in-service on “How to Have the Conversation” — guiding patients and families through palliative and hospice care discussions.

At Affinity Hospice, collaboration with our rehab and long-term care partners is essential. By educating nursing teams on the benefits of both palliative and hospice services, we empower caregivers to help patients make the best decisions for their journey.

Thank you, Accela Post Acute Care Hamilton for welcoming us in and valuing the importance of education and compassionate communication.

🎄📸 A Magical Day with Santa!

Affinity Hospice partnered with Meadows at Lawrence to host a fun-filled Pictures with Santa event. Families were able to snap photos with Santa, enjoy hot cocoa, and participate in cheerful holiday activities.

Fun & Frosty Fun at Toms River Senior Center! 🎨☃️

Huge shout-out to our very own Liaison, Melissa, who led an amazing painting activity today at the Toms River Senior Center!

Our seniors tapped into their creativity and painted absolutely charming, whimsical snowman scenes! Laughter, talent, and holiday cheer filled the room with some Christmas tunes.

We love being able to connect with our community through engaging and joyful activities like this!

What an incredible afternoon of fun, friends, and BINGO we had today at The Wisteria Ballroom!

It was absolutely wonderful seeing so many members of our community come out and join us for the excitement. The energy was fantastic!
