This week, the Affinity Hospice Care team showed up in a big way!🩷
We kicked off Nurses Week at Meadowbrook Respiratory & Nursing Center and The Village at Meadowbrook with coffee and breakfast bars to fuel the incredible nurses and staff who give so much of themselves every single day. ☕🥐
Then, for Nursing Home Week, we brought the beauty — a stunning blooming flower bar to brighten the day for residents, families, and staff alike. 🌸🌺
Two special days. Two amazing facilities. One message: you are seen, you are valued, and you are celebrated. 💚
Thank you to every nurse, staff member, and resident we visited — your smiles and happy faces are a true delight!.

Celebrating Nursing Home Week at Lawrence Healthcare Center.

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting an ice cream social while also providing education to the Resident Council. We shared information about Affinity Hospice services and discussed how we collaborate with the amazing team at Lawrence to support residents through both hospice and palliative care services.
Of course, we ended the afternoon with a sweet treat from Rita’s Water Ice! 🍧

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with such a wonderful community and appreciate all that the Lawrence Healthcare Center team does each day. 💚
