Scholarship Opportunity Alert!
Your Medical Home is happy to announce we will be offering the Roy Peterson Scholarship to a graduating senior from Bridge City and Orangefield of $500 each.
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must submit the following:
Personal Letter – Write a letter to the Your Medical Home Scholarship Committee outlining your career and educational goals, how you plan to achieve them, the qualities that will help you succeed, and the obstacles you've faced and overcome.
At Least TWO Letters of Recommendation – From teachers, counselors, volunteer leaders, or work supervisors. One letter should highlight your academic excellence.
Activity Sheet – A list of high school activities and community service you've been involved in.
High School Transcript – A recent copy of your high school transcript.
📅 Submission Deadlines:
Bridge City ISD: April 8, 2026
Orangefield ISD: April 10, 2026
📬 How to Submit:
Place all documents in a 9" x 12" envelope and mail or drop off to:

Email all attachments in ONE email to emily@yourmedhome.com with the subject line "Roy Peterson Scholarship."
