Good evening. Subsequent to extensive research and prayers, Virtue Medical has merged with The Woodlands Medical Group. This merger will ultimately bring about a significant expansion of services to all patients within our North Texas service area. As this merger progresses, we kindly request your patience and understanding as we transition all operations. If you have a scheduled appointment, you will likely receive a text or phone call from The Woodlands Medical Group for appointment confirmation instead. Patient care still remains our number 1 priority.
Watch for some extremely exciting announcements to come in the very near future as we announce an extreme honor we have received in one of pur communities.

Good afternoon, everyone! We are closing both offices tomorrow as well due to inclement weather. We will use the same working procedure that we have used for today for tomorrow with Telemeds. Saturday’s clinic day is currently TBD.

Baby, it’s cold outside! We will be closing both office locations tomorrow in accordance with the School Districts they are located in. We will be moving all in office visits to telemed calls. Kevin and Ashley will call at the scheduled office visit time for patients tomorrow. We will also be available through portal messages, email, and voicemail. I (Sydney) will also be available throughout the day on our office Facebook messenger for backup.

Friday hours and closings are TBD at this time.

Saturday clinic times will resume as planned.

January 4th is World Braille, and even though I missed the original date I thought it was interesting to post about! World Braille Day is named after Louis Braille who was born on January 4th 1809. By the time he was 4 years old, he had developed an infection from an eye injury that caused the loss of his sight. At 11 years old he invented the Braille reading system that is still used today from modifying it from a sailor named Charles Charbier. That’s pretty amazing from 11 years old! It also makes me thankful for the advancement we have in medicine today.
