I have seen Reiki help decrease side effects of chemo along with decreasing pain and stress.

Hi everybody!
How are you all doing with the radical energy shifts we have been having? 😳.

Hopefully you are not having days like I had a couple weeks ago- days when you just want to change a light bulb and the whole fixture comes out of the ceiling…….🙄.

If you’re feeling discombobulated, sluggish, emotional or if you’re on the hyper side of things and need to get balanced , you might need a spring tune up.

I’m watching Bliss Up- Exploring Energy, the Ultimate Healer on Amazon prime.

I’m only on the first episode but I’m psyched to see the practical explanations and demonstrations of energy and the different types of energy healing.

This is informative for all of us, but would be especially helpful for anyone new to the idea of energy healing.

Is it possible to do TOO MUCH self care?
I don’t think so 🌞.

In the last 10 days I returned from a much needed Florida vacation and was excited to see that I had scheduled a bazillion self care appts for this last week.

I received :
- daily self Reiki and meditation
- chiropractic
-Physical therapy
-combined bioacoustic mat/energy session
-Acupuncture
-massage
-breathwork
-Get together with friends

I feel fabulous!

Can I do that every week??

Not likely.

But by doing as much as you can consistently you will notice a big difference.

Just like that beautiful little rainbow in the clouds you need to keep your gorgeous core energy at a certain level. Everyone seems depleted right now and that makes everything so much harder
