Protocol Farms had the pleasure of hosting our long-time customers from Fiesta Trade along with HEB Mexico and Mexico's Department of Agriculture officials on July 22nd. The group met with our CEO, Dr. Jimmy Horner and summer intern & Texas Tech senior meat science major, Libby Mosley. The Mexico Department of Agriculture is in the process of establishing their own beef grading system using carcass camera and near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy technologies. Salud!!!

Position: Class A CDL Driver

Location: Bridgeport, TX

Key Responsibilities:

Operate company trucks to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Verify load accuracy and ensure timely deliveries as instructed.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.

Maintain accurate logbooks and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in good standing.

Proven experience as a CDL driver with a clean driving record.

Ability to read maps, follow directions, and plan routes effectively.

Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
