Class Description:
This Pilates inspired mat class is designed to build strength, stability, and muscular endurance while maintaining the precision and mindful movement Pilates is known for. Exercises are layered with clear progressions and modifications, but this class is targeted for clients with intermediate level experience.
Zoom link for the live 6pm class will be emailed to you prior to class. Please register by 2:30pm the day of to receive the link to take class live. Not free to join live? No problem...we send out the recording from class on Friday morning and it’s available for use the following 24 hours.
Equipment needed:
A range of hand weights (5-10 lbs. recommended)
