**Patient Reminders:

-At the end of the year insurances may change. please update the office with your new information and always bring insurance cards to each visit.

**Charity events:

-If you are in the area, please consider supporting our animal food drive, as we are working with the CT Humane society. Donation box for new food and pet toys located in office lobby.

Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 am to 4:30pm
Tuesday & Friday: 8am-5pm
​Thursday: 10am to 2pm

Office is closed from 12-1pm daily.

My office and I have been wanting to help our fellow Americans during these times of intense hurricanes but had difficulty finding the BEST way to donate. I wanted to make sure my donation was used appropriately and ethically. After a lot of research, I always keep coming back to the knights of Columbus. Please join me in providing disaster relief!
