On behalf of everyone at Odyssey Rehabilitation we are extremely saddened to hear about Keith. We express our heartfelt condolences to his family and extended family at Princeton Health Princeton Health Care Center. Keith was incredible to work with and even more fun to spend the day on the golf course with!

Keith David Buchanan, 69, of Bluefield, Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025. Born on February 28, 1956, Keith lived a life marked by humor, optimism, and unwavering devotion to his family. A proud graduate of Graham High School, Keith made history as a member of the schools first
