Devotional Yoga is a faith-based yoga class that combines the stretching and strengthening of yoga with worship and fellowship. You can expect a gentle flow yoga practice centered around a biblical verse along with a worship playlist. This class is non-heated and beginners are welcome. Non FNW members: $15.

Hi friends! Summer schedules have been crazy and we have had some things come up that are making things even crazier. After some contemplation, we have decided to pause our Wednesday evening class over the Summer. If you are looking for private classes or have a church space where you'd like to set up a ladies' group, send us a message! Enjoy your Summer and be blessed!!!

It is with so much love and excitement that I get to introduce Kacy! Her heart for Jesus and passion for people are contagious. God has been weaving our lives together in the most profound ways and I am so grateful to be a part of her journey!

Hi friends! I wanted to give a quick update. I have been unsure how to proceed this year as my family is growing through adoption in the next couple of months. We are excited to have three siblings that will join our family. This has taken a lot of my mental energy and preparations. This will also affect my ability to teach for the next year or so. With that said, Monday morning classes (11am) are still available for the time being, but as we approach these additions, I will need to step back and find a new rhythm. I have an awesome opportunity to put together some online course materials for The Owl's Nest and I am looking forward to continuing my yoga journey through this avenue. Thank you for your support these last few years. I have been so blessed.
