Carbs = Dark Arts.
Use them wisely.
Fuel your lifts, don’t feed your cravings.
You’re in control.

Most lifters never actually see their own technique.
AI helps you slow things down, spot patterns, and fix small errors before they turn into injuries.

A lot of people are getting back in the gym today. It’s always harder after a break.
What helps me is treating it like an on/off switch. I don’t think. I just get in the building and take it one task at a time.
If you’re restarting too, don’t overthink day one. Just show up and let the work pull you in.
