Shovel Safely Using These Tips:
1. Stretch out before you begin and warm up.
2. Push the snow--don't lift it.
3. If you do lift it, use a small shovel or only partially fill the shovel.
4. Lift with your legs, not your back.
5. Support your feet and body with custom orthotics.😀

Share ACA's latest infographic (below) on a new study published in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics. Older Medicare patients with chronic low back pain and other medical problems who received manipulation from a chiropractic physician had lower costs of care and shorter episodes of back pain than patients in other treatment groups. Patients who received a combination of chiropractic and medical care had the next lowest Medicare costs, and patients who received medical care only incurred the highest costs.
