As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact and presence in our local community and around the world, we at Chimney Rock Chiropractic want to take a moment and connect with you, our patients, directly and let you know that we are here for you. Our office will remain open during this time and business will hopefully proceed as normal.
We have always taken pride in our clean and well-run office. To help prevent the spread of the virus, we are taking every precaution regarding sanitizing and protecting our office, treatment equipment, and reception areas. We’re taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventative measures we can take.
We are cleaning our office continuously throughout each day, focusing on high-touch and highly trafficked areas like door handles, reception counter, treatment tables, rehab equipment, keyboards, phones, and treatment tools. We will have alcohol-based hand sanitizer and soap for employees, interns, and patients to use throughout the day. We are a small practice which allows us to easily take these steps.
We ask that if you have experienced a fever or abnormal cough, have had close contact with anyone in the last 14 days that has traveled to high infected areas, have difficulty breathing, or body aches, please reschedule your appointment. We promise to do the same as one of your healthcare providers.
At this time of year, we’re always dealing with the risk of the flu. This new virus is a less certain and therefore, riskier situation, and we’ve all upped our vigilance. We hope to result in zero COVID-19 cases and fewer flu cases.
We want what is best for you, your family, and your health. We are here to help in any way we can. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. (308)262-1155 or (308)586-1080
