Mom🪻Wife⚘️Breathwork facilitator🌻Reiki facilitator🪷 Spiritual Coach I was first introduced to Breathwork when my husband and I went to a retreat in Sedona, AZ.

I never could have imagined that one hour of breathing could change my life so dramatically. I came home from that journey a better wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and kinder to myself. I released the judgement I had for myself, I put down the walls I had towards other people, I laughed more, and most importantly my heart was full of love. Since then, I have become a Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and certified in Ancestral healing. I really do love helping others see the light they have inside themselves.

My little inspector! Camilla is checking out the beautiful necklace I got from an amazing little shop at today. I honestly love everything at and as an energy person i never have to cleanse anything bc she has amazing energy who also is particular in who she colabs w. Seriously love her and this!
