It’s going to be extremely hot in St. Louis this Saturday and Sunday! Please remember to take extra care of yourself and your loved ones:

✅ Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water.
✅ Avoid being outdoors during peak heat hours (10am–4pm).
✅ Check on seniors, neighbors, and anyone without air conditioning.
✅ Never leave children or pets in a parked car.
✅ Use fans, cooling towels, or visit a cooling center if needed.
