Allow me to reintroduce myself!
I am Jerniece J Saez, LPC. I recently received my Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. Being a counselor is a calling, and I’m forever grateful that God called me. I love the work that I do, my clients, and how much l’ve grown as a clinician in such a short time!
What’s even better is that I’m still taking new clients!! Head over to the link in bio and book an intake with me! I’d love to walk along side you on your healing journey.

As we began our first full year at JJS Psychotherapy, LLC, we’re grateful and proud of our accomplishments. In 2024, we welcomed 147 consistent clients, ending the year with a high 5 figure revenue in 7mths. We had the honor of working with some amazing clients that were willing to grow with my new agency! The positive feedback from our clients and support from our growing community has been nothing short of extraordinary, inspiring us to continue elevating the JJS Psychotherapy experience to new heights.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re bringing even more to the journey of mental heath healing.

Thank you for being part of the JJS Psychotherapy journey. We can’t wait to share 2025. Here’s to an amazing year ahead! ❤️

It’s like a pause button on a chaotic moment—a chance to think, breathe, and process. Using silence as a help means creating space for understanding, reflection, or just giving emotions a moment to settle. It’s not about shutting someone out; it’s about stepping back to reconnect.

HOWEVER.... when silence becomes a weapon—like ignoring someone on purpose or refusing to talk—it hurts relationships and creates walls instead of building bonds.

“Assertive Silence vs. Passive Aggressive Silence”

Assertive Silence

This is healthy silence. It’s intentional and respectful. Example: During an argument, you pause to calm down before responding.

It says, “I’m taking a moment to think before I speak.”

Assertive silence builds trust and understanding.

Passive Aggressive Silence or “SILENT TREATMENT”.
Bottom Line: Silence can be your ally when used to calm, reflect, or listen. But if it’s used to hurt or control, it creates emotional harm. Be mindful of your silence—ask yourself, “Am I helping or hurting with this pause?”
