Health First makes it possible for all the patients visiting CCHN to receive their medication that's affordable, convenient, and accessible. Located within the very same building at the following sites.

Health First is there for the patients who rely on their medicine just steps away saving the patient time and money. Taking care of our community one prescription at a time.

This year we added something special for our dog lovers! The Dog Walk!
Our goal this year is $20,000 to help bolster our Vet Smiles Program that provides dental care to any and all vets at no charge at any of our CompleteCare Dental Sites! Along with Vet Smiles a portion of the proceeds will also benefit the SJRAS!
So please share , come out and run and remember every donation towards this event and the Foundation helps us serve those who served.
