At our 3 Roots Rising retreat in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica (March 21–26, 2027) we will blend traditional yoga, meditation, and breathwork with the healing power of nature itself.

Sometimes our classroom will be the yoga shala…

Bethany Schaub is a guide of breath, rhythm, and embodied transformation. With more than two decades of experience as a massage therapist and over ten years as a Reiki Master, her work honors the body as an elemental landscape—shaped by memory, emotion, and breath. She weaves somatic awareness, energy healing, meditation, intuitive movement, and sound into spaces that invite both grounding and expansion.

Through Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, Bethany creates intentional containers for deep release and remembrance. Her sessions support the softening of old stories, the clearing of fear, anger, and sorrow, and the unraveling of belief systems that no longer serve. Breath has been a sacred teacher in her own healing—opening pathways of trust, resilience, and return—and she now guides others through that same doorway with warmth, presence, and playfulness.

Rooted in years of hands-on physical practice and increasingly guided by subtle energy and sound, Bethany’s work continues to evolve from holding the body to holding space. As co-founder of 3 Roots Rising, she brings her offerings into retreat settings and group experiences designed for restoration, connection, and collective elevation. Her intention is simple yet profound: to help others reconnect to their breath, their bodies, and the elemental wisdom within.
