Today I completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Strength Practices course through VIA Institute on Character. Two takeaways: 1. practicing mindfulness allows space to notice what's important or needs attention. 2. Knowing and using your unique blend of character strengths can make things in life a bit smoother. Looking forward to helping people realize the benefits of their special mix.

If you’ve been telling yourself, “This is just how adulthood feels,” pause for a moment.

Chronic exhaustion isn’t always about doing too much. It’s often about being in a constant state of alert. When your body stays switched on for too long, even rest stops working the way it should.

These signs aren’t a diagnosis. They’re signals.
And signals can guide you toward something kinder, steadier, and more supportive.

You don’t need to fix everything today.
