Full Job Description
We are looking to fill a customer service associate position involving direct sales and marketing. Applicant must enjoy working directly with people, working in teams, and working in a high-energy environment. Opportunities for advancement and bonuses are readily available. Initial 2-week training pay will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire new customers
Engage and educate customers to maximize consumer satisfaction.
Communicate brand information to customers and answer any questions/inquiries.
Must be comfortable working independently and operating tech software
All training will be provided.
We pair our new sales hires with a manager that will act as a mentor.
SKILLS
Goal-oriented with the potential to close multiple sales.
Organized, punctual and a positive work attitude.
Strong face-to-face communication.
Customer-focused, with the ability to relate to and confidently offer persuasive rebuttals.
The ability to listen, understand, and advise on brand and product information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Great people skills with no fear of rejection!
Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
