Happy Purim! 🎉

There's nothing like the smell of fresh Hamantaschen! While the cookies were in the oven, we tested our knowledge on everything from Queen Esther to Shushan. Sharing our favorite holiday memories from years past. And the best part... Taste Testing! Everyone got to enjoy the delicious results! A huge shoutout to the incredibly talented cook, Maggie, who worked her magic behind the scenes to prep the perfect dough. 😍

The Raritan Valley Dance Ensemble from RVCC delivered a powerful performance for our Members, and it was fantastic! 🎭💃🕺 The program featured an impressive range of modern dance, both solos and cohesive group pieces. Following a technical showcase of artistry and discipline, the dancers held a question-and-answer session about their creative process and dance experience. We cannot wait for their next performance! 🎭🤩

Friends make everything better…and we have some pretty great ones! 💛 Celebrating Friendship Friday with Members Bobbi and Judy. These two ladies met last year after moving just across the hall from each other, only a few weeks apart. Their shared experience as new Members at Laurel Circle sparked an instant connection, which has only grown stronger over time. Whether they are signing up for crafts, going on trips, or attending cocktail hours, they are always by each other's side, supporting one another every step of the way. Our Members really showed up to express themselves this week with the Somerville High School National Art Honor Society! They hosted a Valentine’s Day paint class for our Members to get to know them while practicing their skills. We had a great time painting love birds and celebrating creativity together. 🎨💕
