Bridgeway is spreading sweet Halloween cheer with our candy collection for residents! Beatrix the Spooky Treat Bat is fluttering through the halls to gather your individually wrapped candy donations. Simply drop your treats into Beatrix’s basket, and they’ll be shared with our residents on Halloween, October 31st!

On Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, Directors and Department leaders from Bridgeway Senior Healthcare, Avalon Assisted Living, and Bridgeway Care at Home participated in a leadership development session facilitated by TNT Educational Services. The training explored key topics including leadership styles, effective communication, performance management, and conflict resolution, offering valuable strategies to strengthen collaboration and team success.💫

On Monday, September 22, we had the joy of celebrating Centenarian Day with our incredible resident Marian, who is 103 years young!

Marian spent the afternoon surrounded by fellow residents, enjoying delicious cupcakes and plenty of love. She even shared some sweet life advice- a reminder of the wisdom that comes with 103 wonderful years.

We are so lucky to have Marian in our community. Her grace, strength and spirit continue to inspire us every day!

This past Saturday, we held our last fundraiser before the New Jersey Alzheimer’s Walk- a car wash under sunny skies! It was a beautiful day filled with teamwork, community spirit, and support for an important cause. Thank you to everyone who came out and donated. Together, we’re making a difference! 💦☀️💜🚙🧽 Let’s keep the momentum going ~ this Saturday, September 27th at 9am, please join us at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, NJ and together we will walk to continue to raise awareness and support families throughout our state.
