Dynamic fitness class that blends deep, intentional stretching with muscle-sculpting movements using light weights. This class is designed to lengthen, tone, and awaken every part of your body. You’ll move through a series of fluid stretches to increase flexibility, release tension, and open the joints—paired with controlled strength exercises that target the arms, core, glutes, and legs.

Lisa guides you through mindful movement, emphasizing proper alignment, breath, and form. Expect a balanced flow of stretch work to enhance mobility, followed by sculpting sequences using light dumbbells to build lean strength without strain.
