We’re excited to announce our first ever Yoga & Coffee Class on Saturday, August 23rd at 9:00 AM! Come join us for coffee or tea and 75 minutes of low impact, muscle toning and strengthening exercises with our certified yoga instructor (and LMT and owner), Becca!

What to know:
+ Suitable for all fitness and experience levels.
+ Coffee, tea, and water will be provided.
+ $20 per person
+ Class starts at 9:00AM on Saturday, August 23rd.
+ Packages may not be used toward or for this special class.
+ Arrive about 10 minutes early to get your coffee (or tea) and find your mat.
+ We have limited space available — sign up ASAP!

+ Includes 10% off merchandise, 50% off additional classes, and $5 off massage add-ons for the duration of the month.
+ Package auto renews monthly and may be cancelled online by the customer at least 7 days before the end of the billing month. No refunds.
+ We cannot guarantee your preferred LMT will always be available. However, we have an entire team of skilled Licensed Massage Therapists with a wide range of availability, including select Saturdays. Call or visit us online for availability.

📣🤰💆‍♀️ Prenatal & Postpartum Therapeutic Massages are now available, offered by Ellen Painter, our Prenatal & Postpartum Certified Licensed Massage Therapist!

Tag someone who is pregnant or who just welcomed their little one into this world! 🤗

Our new, specialized massages reduce pain, discomfort, and swelling while prioritizing the safety and comfort of both the mother and the baby. Must be past the first trimester to receive prenatal massage and at least 4 weeks postpartum for c-section mothers (or as soon as you’re comfortable lying on your stomach). Moms, please feel free to bring your newborn(s) with you to your appointment! Upon request, Ellen is more than happy to wear a mask during your appointment to help protect your and your newborn’s immune system.
