Dr. Samuel is a comprehensive Optometrist who prides himself in his patient care. He completed his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Samuel also completed multiple externships to enhance his optometric training at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Montrose, NY and the Indian Health Site in Ardmore, OK focusing on comprehensive eye care, The Eye Institute in Philadelphia focusing on pediatric eye care, and Dr Park in South Carolina focusing on specialty contact lens fitting. After completing optometry school, Dr. Samuel spent two additional years with Resident Eye Care Associates managing preoperative and postoperative cataract surgery patients as well providing comprehensive eye care. Dr. Samuel is licensed to practice optometry by the state examining board of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Society Optometric Physicians, and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Samuel specializes in routine and problem-focused eye examinations, contact lens fittings, pediatric eye care, ocular health evaluation, and diabetic eye exams. Dr Samuel is also experienced in preoperative and postoperative care for cataract surgery.
