The hepatitis B birth dose ensures that infants and children are protected from chronic hepatitis B, which could lead to liver cancer, liver failure or even death later in life.

Infants and children can be exposed to this virus by close caregivers who may not know they are infected. Delaying the birth dose of the hepatitis B vaccine has no clear benefits and leaves children vulnerable to infection.

The AAP recommends that all children receive the hepatitis B vaccine series, starting at birth, to eliminate the risk of contracting hepatitis B.

We’re trading our laptops, scrubs and stethoscopes for sparkles, cheer and dancing shoes! To allow our dedicated staff to celebrate the holiday season together, we will be closing at 2pm on Saturday, December 6th. We will be back to our regular business hours of 8am-5pm for urgent care on Sunday. Happy Holidays!

We’re excited to announce that Car Seat Safety Day is just around the corner!

📅 Date: Monday September 29th 2025
📍 Location: Town Hall Parking lot
🕘 Time: 2-6PM

This free, family-focused event is all about protecting our littlest passengers by ensuring that car seats are properly installed and used. Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will be on-site to provide inspections, offer hands-on guidance, and share valuable safety tips.
