Residents enjoyed a fascinating lecture, “Narrative Threads,” presented by the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts. 🧵For centuries, people in New Jersey have created a beautiful variety of textiles, and residents had the opportunity to learn about historic quilts, woven textiles, lace pieces, and more from the museum’s collection. Participants were also able to handle and explore some of the unique materials and tools used in textile-making, making the experience both educational and interactive. Thank you to the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts for sharing this wonderful piece of history with us!
