We realize the importance of exercise which is what drives this program. Exercise, however, is just one aspect of being and feeling well. Whole Life Fitness provides more than just an amazing fitness experience. We go a step beyond and incorporate the importance of not only nutrition, but tying together all three components (mind, body and nutrition) to achieve your goals of overall health and balance – for life. You will be held accountable for your commitment and together we will make steps in the direction of optimal health. Before joining here are some questions to ask yourself:
- Am I tired of being discouraged and disappointed trying to lose weight and get healthy on my own?
- Am I willing to commit to the time requirements of the program (roughly 5 – 6 hours per week)?
- Am I open to rejecting the diet mentality and ready to be reasonable with my nutritional plan?
- Am I ready to be pushed out of my comfort zone and see changes in my physique?
- Am I done with the roller coaster ride and looking to achieve balance in my life?
- Do I want to be more comfortable in my own skin and stand taller?
- Am I ready to change my life for good? The program includes:
- Three small group personal training sessions per week.
- Two individual cardio sessions per week.
- One half hour wellness session per week.
- One "event" per month. (Massage/Yoga/Pilates/grocery store field trip)
- Access to a WLF Coach via email for support.
