Humble Beginings

K. Mya is a Certified Reiki Master, Herbalist, and Empowerment Coach living in her hometown of Bridgewater, located on Massachusetts' South Shore. Early in 2019, she took a leap of faith to launch K. Mya - Enlightened Living, after an unexpected event turned her career in Project and Procedure Management on its ear...but it was the best thing that could ever have happened because she has been given the opportunity to do work that truly makes her heart sing. Living an enlightened life likely holds a different meaning for everyone. Some may think of spiritual enlightenment while others look at it more matter-of-factly. While waiting to attend an appointment with a friend and mentor, the aphifany of how life had changed since discovering the combination of Herbal living coupled with discovering Reiki Practice. Life had become enlightened and whole...and that is when it hit her. ​Enlightened Living was developed to incorporate a holistic approach to wellness while tapping into any one or all of her dynamic paths of knowledge to guide individual Reiki Practice/Herbal Consultation/Coaching sessions, group sessions, and workshops. K. Mya is also certified to work with Hospice clients, end-of-life clients and their families which is a group she holds hear and dear to her heart. Having the opportunity to simply hold space for someone through Reiki Practice in Hospice care or nearing the end of their time in their current vessel is such an honor while offering emotional support to their families can help through an often emotionally shocking time. ​ In her down time, K. can be found in her garden or art studio, enjoying time with her fur-baby, Autumn and her two adult children, foraging for wild herbs, exploring nature among the trees, and spending time with her family. On occasion she has the fortune to join members of Nighthunters Paranormal Investigations Team for an on-site investigation playing the role of Historical Researcher, Investigator and Intuitive. ​ ​K.Mya is available by appointment at several locations around the South Shore and she also offers In-your-home visits are on a limited basis for those who are unable to visit her during office hours and for animal Reiki Practice. ​ Please contact K. to discuss your needs and goals and to set up an appointment.
