Thank you for being a part of our community!

Thanksgiving has become a holiday centered around food and family! We love all the trappings of the holiday, but at the core, it is about sharing our gratitude for all of the blessings of this life. We count you as one of those blessings and are grateful for your continued participation in our wellness space!

For all those who celebrate, we hope that you have a blessed day!

We also want to take a moment to acknowledge that this day does not represent joy for all Americans. We see the indigenous people of America who have been pushed to the side in our retelling of history. Their rich cultures have persisted even under the most dire circumstances and it is time we honor their contributions and hardships. We offer our respect.

Have you switched on autopilot just to get to the next day? You're not alone. It can be enough just to keep our tank from hitting completely empty.

Give yourself 10 minutes to play. Do something you enjoy, something you haven't let yourself do in a while. Climb a tree, do a cartwheel, draw a cat. Fuel the sleeping parts of you!

What nourishes you?

Give yourself a break. One thing we hear from students across the board is how class allows them to turn off for a little bit. No matter what your days are filled with, whether you're working a 9-5, taking care of a household, or holding down a night shift, your mind is on overdrive.

When you come to class, you can let that go for at least 60 minutes while we take over. We will guide you through movement and help your mind let go.
