MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

Alisha Iddings is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor–Conditional (LCPC-C) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by substance use, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. Over the past year, Alisha has worked closely under clinical supervision while completing her internship, gaining hands-on experience in addiction counseling and mental health treatment.

She specializes in working with affected others, mood disorders, trauma, stress-related disorders, and substance use disorders, offering a compassionate and client-centered approach to care. Her therapeutic practice integrates Reality Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Art Therapy, allowing for a holistic and individualized healing process.
Alisha is currently pursuing future certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to further enhance her trauma-informed practice. She is passionate about empowering clients to build resilience, find clarity, and restore balance in their lives.

ADULT IOP
Crooked River Counseling delivers evidence based treatment
Strategies so clients can achieve maximum benefits.
Our groups offer a variety of topics including relapse
prevention, recovery skills, introduction to the 12 steps,
effective communication skills and more to help you
navigate your recovery successfully.

In Person Adult IOP Group is Monday – Wednesday, 8:30 am – 11:30 am

Duration is approximately 4-6 weeks depending on client needs. Groups are held at 2 Elm St. 2nd floor, Bridgton Me 04009. Please call 207-647-5600 for more information
