My sisters,
I invite you to join me for a morning of trust, empowerment, and soul talk. We will come together in sound, reflection, invocation, breathwork, and witness.

My inspiration for this ceremony is to open space for more women to hear their inner wild. In the life of domestication and society, we lose bits of our wild essence. This space is to reclaim silenced parts of ourselves, to listen to the stirrings of the soul, and to breathe life into our feminine becoming.

If you have felt stagnant, caged, quiet, unheard, invisible, uninspired, destructive, anxious, lonely, scattered, unattractive, shamed, abandoned... these feelings communicate a world of power waiting to Rise Up. This breathwork ceremony is for you. It is for all my sisters who want to be with deeper connection. Deeper self wisdom.

Step into your body with me this week for my Somatic Reset class. We will be focusing on mind/body awareness through slow movements and subtle cues. We will begin with a body scan meditation to cultivate mindfulness and notice body sensations. Other exercises will be hand breath, walk breath, eyes-closed subtle walk, and flame concentration.

We die before we physically die, endless times, throughout our life. This is often the doings of grief. Grief is like a fire taking everything to the ground.
How do we stay present with these unbearable feelings?

We find the wisdom. We open ourselves to the great mystery of what lies beyond the physical despair of loss. We find the truth in the experience, and use grief as an outlet to keep our love alive.

We must be brought to our knees to stand again in this new landscape... "this is home now."

Join me on the 14th to come undone and surrender to the great mystery of love with grief.
I will share about the stages of wisdom in the processing of grief and facilitate a journey of honor and compassion.🙏
