It is with no small degree of sadness that I announce the closing of my practice. My last day is January 10th. If you have outstanding gift certificates, please let me know. For those of you looking for a great therapist, I recommend Anna Berry at www.berrymassagetherapy.com . She is the wonderful therapist I go to and, bonus! Her office is just downstairs from mine!

Thank you all for the many happy years and the privilege and honor of working with so many amazing people! While I will miss massage, it is time for my next chapter. Happy New Year's to all! May 2025 be filled with happiness, health and peace. 👐🏻

If you live in chronic pain and haven't heard of Dr. Rachel Zoffness, do yourself a favor and check her out. She is a pain psychologist that I started following a few years ago after hearing her on an episode of Ologies.

Welcome spring!! I can't believe summer is just around the corner!!

I wanted to let folks know that my masking policies have changed slightly. For those who are fully vaccinated, masks are now optional. For those folks who are not fully vaccinated or would rather not disclose their vaccination status, masks will continue to be required. I am sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but I am trying to balance my client needs with trying to keep my loved ones as safe as possible. I do regularly check the CDC for recommendations and may update my policies as the numbers ebb and flow.

Unfortunately, I have had to make the tough decision that I have been told I should have done years ago. After 5 years in buisness, sadly, I find myself having to raise my prices :-(.

Beginning January 2022, prices will be increasing for services
New pricing will be as follows:

30 minute focused massage: $40
60 minute massage: $80
75 minute massage: $95
90 minute massage: $110
120 minute massage: $160

Package prices:
Five 60 minute massages; $370 ($30 savings)
Five 75 minute massages: $435 ($40 savings)
Five 90 minute massages: $500 ($50 savings)

Every once in a while, something comes along and makes you think. I have been listening to this podcast for a couple of years now (highly recommend! I have learned SO much!) and today was the first time I found something that I literally said, "everyone should hear this". It is an episode on pain, with a neuropsychologist who specializes in pain. Give it a listen...it might just change your life!

To my wonderful clients: with the CDC lifting the mask mandate for fully vaccinated folks, I want to let people know that because I have an unvaccinated small child at home, I am still requiring masks to be worn in my office. I appreciate everyone's understanding and look forward to an amazing summer!!
