Basically, this image represents the operating system that governs the laws of the entire Universe. 0 equals the black square, 1 the white. 0 is off, and 1 is on. These symbols represent the matter/energy 'wave form' - the top or crest of the wave and the trough or bottom of the wave. In Eastern philosophy, we might use the yin/yang symbol. Everything is vibration(energy). vibration = waves.
