This is a 2hr in person workshop designed for adults who struggle with assertive communication and putting themselves first. The goal of this workshop is for folks to identify and nurture their needs and challenge thought patterns (such as self care is selfish) that lead to chronic people pleasing . Spend two hours learning how to put yourself first and how to set effective boundaries that strengthen interpersonal relationships. Just Be Counseling, LLC is excited to welcome our new Associate Mental Health Therapist Angela "Angie" Harris. Angie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Mindfulness Instructor. Angie has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field in various capacities and is now shifting her focus to direct client care to support clients with compassionate communication, stress reduction, grief therapy and emotion regulation. She is telehealth, accepts private pay with sessions starting at $65 and participates with Aetna and Cigna Insurance Providers.
