I’ve got some big, magical news… I’m MOVING!

I’m so excited to plant new roots at Full Circle Wellness Center — 60 S Main St, Unit 101, Brigham City. This Friday will be my last day in my current little nook as my lease ends on the 24th.

While I float between spaces, I’ll still be offering Distance Reiki — I’ll connect with your energy, channel what comes through, jot everything down, and email you my notes. 💌

My Winter Solstice activity led me to - drumroll please

✨ Connecting to myself through more regular journaling ✨

Sometimes my mind gets so full with junk I’m unable to know what’s mine or someone else’s, or see the bigger picture, or see what the Universe is trying to show/teach me.

Journaling will allow me to truly connect with those emotions or thoughts and really get to the bottom of them.
