There is something deeply powerful about being witnessed before birth.
For 6 of my 7 pregnancies, women gathered around me. Friends. Sisters. Village. They brushed my hair, spoke life into me, poured birth centered prayers over me, cried with me, laughed with me, reminded me who I was before I crossed the threshold into motherhood again. Every single time, it marked a shift in me. A turning point from pregnancy… into birth mode.
But not everyone has that.
Not everyone has sisters nearby.
Not everyone has a built-in village.
Not everyone has people who know how to hold mothers tenderly.
And honestly? That grief is real.
So this gathering is for the pregnant mothers who still deserve to be honored anyway.
If you are craving community, softness, ritual, connection, grounding, or simply to sit in a room where motherhood is treated as sacred… this is for you.
A blessingway is a mother-centered gathering rooted in honoring the woman before birth. Unlike a traditional baby shower focused on gifts for baby, a blessingway focuses on nourishing, supporting, and emotionally holding the mother as she prepares to cross into labor, birth, and postpartum.
We will create flower crowns, release fears, set intentions, share stories, connect through ceremony, and hold space for one another in an intimate circle of only six mothers.
You do not need to come with a village.
Let and I be one for you. 🌿
