Just presence.
Being with the people you love, really with them, is the offering.
Unplug. Slow the pace. Let the noise soften.
Create something together. Share a meal. Sit in the same room without performing for it.
And if the season feels loud or heavy, it’s okay to choose yourself too.
Step outside. Breathe.
Return to your body through stillness, movement, ritual, or rest.
Presence is medicine.
