You know I love when science and somatics meet!

Your feet aren’t just there to get you from A to B. They’re one of the most neurologically dense areas of your body, with over 200,000 nerve endings constantly sending information up to your brain. Texture. Temperature. Pressure. Stability. Subtle shifts in terrain.

When you walk barefoot on grass, sand, dirt, even rough stone, you’re activating mechanoreceptors in the soles of your feet. That sensory input travels through the peripheral nerves, up the spinal cord, and into the brain where it helps refine balance, coordination, and proprioception. It literally tells your nervous system, “Here’s where we are in space. We’re safe. We’re grounded.”

That feedback can:
• Improve balance and foot strength
• Support ankle and knee stability

On Wed and Thurs I’ll be offering a limited number of pay-what-you-can massage sessions.
This is about accessibility, community care, and meeting people where they are.

💙 30–45 minute sessions

Suggested range ($60 an hour is what I normally charge )
