This is the beginning of a journey as much for me as anyone who is watching.
Starting this page up has been difficult. What do people want to hear vs what do they need to hear? Do I use humor, straight facts or motivational quotes?
I'll start with why. Why? Because when it gets tough you can ask yourself, "why are we doing this?" and pull strength from the answer. So to myself, Why be in the coaching position of nutrition? So nobody has to figure this out on their own. By doing this I get to lead the community to clearer thinking and healthier choices for future generations.
Get clear on your why that is the first step.
