Suzioga Susan Silver leads these great mind/body fitness type classes for all levels. She is also a certified Yogafit instructor.

Susan is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Mind Body Specialist. She has more than 25 years experience in the fitness industry, 19+ of those teaching yoga. Having begun her fitness career in a hospital wellness setting, she places strong emphasis on safety.
