The IIYT program expanded both my knowledge and my work in meaningful ways, deepening my understanding of how therapeutic yoga can support healing, regulation, and resilience. My research project focused on supporting professionals who are regularly exposed to trauma — individuals who often carry silent burdens in high-stress environments.

This evidence-informed approach to yoga therapy has deepened my work, offering practical and compassionate tools for nervous system regulation, resilience, and long-term wellness.
