This Black History Month, we honor Rosa Parks—not just as a civil rights icon, but as a reminder of the power of stillness, intention, and inner strength.

This image of Rosa Parks practicing yoga is symbolic. She didn’t change the world with force or noise, but with grounded resolve and an unshakable sense of self. Like yoga, her resistance was rooted, mindful, and transformative.

Her courage reminds us that rest is resistance, breath is power, and staying centered can be revolutionary.

Packing for tomorrow's Mala class at Earth's Energy Coffee and Tea! I cant think of a better to way to spend a cold winter afternoon, then a cup of tea, and being creative (grab a friend!)
