Something beautiful is taking shape in our studio…

We’re so excited to share that we’re expanding our healing offerings! Alongside our ongoing TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) and Yoga Therapy sessions, we’re bringing in Vibrational Sound Therapy — a deeply grounding and restorative practice using sound, frequency, and vibration to balance the mind and body.

Expect:
🔹 Soothing Himalayan singing bowls
🔹 Gentle vibration to support nervous system regulation
🔹 A meditative space for rest, release, and renewal

Our intention remains the same — to hold a space for healing, embodiment, and connection.

Exciting things are unfolding at Gentle Spirit Yoga!

As our community continues to grow, we’re expanding our offerings to support healing, connection, and inner peace in even deeper ways.

We’re thrilled to announce the addition of Vibrational Sound Bowl sessions — a soothing and restorative practice that uses sound frequencies to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring balance to mind and body.

The IIYT program expanded both my knowledge and my work in meaningful ways, deepening my understanding of how therapeutic yoga can support healing, regulation, and resilience. My research project focused on supporting professionals who are regularly exposed to trauma — individuals who often carry silent burdens in high-stress environments.

This evidence-informed approach to yoga therapy has deepened my work, offering practical and compassionate tools for nervous system regulation, resilience, and long-term wellness.

I had the opportunity to spend time with a local business today as we wrapped up Mental Health Awareness Month—and I’ll be with another team tomorrow!
