I'm so, so excited to share that I'll be hosting an ecstatic dance class at the Brighton Yoga Center. I would love for you to join!
This will be a free-form movement practice. Come as you are! All are welcome. Knowing how to dance is not a pre-requisite!

Join Brighton Yoga Center and our masseuse, Laruren Herman, as she guides you through the free-form practice of ecstatic dance. This workshop will be guided and invite you to release through movement as you find yourself by exposing your creative side. 🍃

All bodies are welcome, no prior dance experience needed!
