The power of an image. I knew growing up my mom had a younger sister who died of pneumonia. My own intuition was always feeling a sense of her trauma experience and not being able to make sense of By the way, I was named after the 3-year-old who died in this picture and I also was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia the first year of my life. This picture has helped me finally integrate the emotions with the information and create a template for grieving. Today I created a coloring page from this picture to help my younger self.

I should always trust this guy's instincts. He broke the rules and ran over to a lady on a different trail. At first, I scolded him until I found out that the lady was on her first walk without her dog since he was attacked by a pitbull and died. There were lots of tears and reminiscing with our new friend all because Henry knew she needed some of his special love.
