I actually use methylene blue with red light therapy to support my body.

However, I’m very picky about where I purchase my methylene blue.

And, what this doctor is saying about supplements and diets is spot on!

I have been told over and over again that high protein diet is the way to go.

We certainly can benefit from protein intake.

That said, it’s actually the amino acids that we need and often get from protein.

I do eat a high protein diet, BUT I don’t consume as much every day as I’m “supposed” to because I have a difficult time digesting a lot of protein.

It’s always easier to hear when you’re not on the defense.

Part of healing means that you can see yourself for where you are on your journey.

And, it also means that you have grace and love for yourself with where you are on the journey.

It’s through this lens of compassion that we can also see others more clearly too.
