Monarch Dawn Everyone has a Monarch and a Manager. Here we will learn, grow, and thrive together! One year, I served as a lay facilitator in an ASCA support group.

I've recently retired from being a stay at home mom, now that my three kids are all grown up. There's been a few retail and food service jobs in my distant and not so distant past. My favorite job before this one has been research assistant at U of M during my senior year of high school. (Adult Survivors of Child Abuse)

I've developed the Monarch Method by gathering knowledge from top leaders in

psychology and behavior, and putting it to the test in my own life. With it, you can create a personalized plan to put your goal getting actions on autopilot. I can also help you restore your emotional well being utilizing Tapping. It's a fast, effective way to release the pain from stress, worry, sadness, trauma, and more. I've been taught by internationally acclaimed trainer, Kevin Laye.
