Talked to so many people at the Brighton City BBQ last night! The kids liked the bracelets, fruit snacks and stress balls. Stress balls are always a hit for the adults as well. Great to get a chance to give back to the community and to tell them about our services. Thanks to our volunteers Mary Kay and Warren for their help!

💙 June is Men’s Health Month.

Did you know that 77% of men in Colorado have experienced symptoms of anxiety, stress, or depression—yet 40% have never spoken to anyone about it?

It’s time we break the silence and change the culture around men’s mental health. A simple check-in can be life-changing.

Start a conversation. Share 988. Let the men in your life know they’re not alone.
