Cardio Drumming uses the rhythm of music and drumming to welcome a Healthy & Fit Lifestyle. This exercise format invites all ages and fitness levels.

Cost is $8 to rent equipment or $6 to bring your own equipment. Punch cards are available for purchase as An exercise format like you've never seen! Move and drum your way to a healthier and more fit lifestyle. The universal language of music is used to motivate and encourage health and wellness!!!! The energy of this group activity is contagious!!!! A must try!!!!

Hey everyone my name is Ruth Lynch and I was helping out with cardio drumming for the past few months with Chesney and Stefanie before it was cancelled. I’ve been Certified as a personal trainer and Fitness instructor for more than 20 years. I have classes that I teach from my home gym over Zoom. They are mixed cardio and HIIT workouts . We use weights, bands, bodyweight and stability balls. These workouts can be modified depending on your fitness level. If you’re interested let me know. I offer Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes at 8 am over Zoom. They are $5/class with the first free to try out.
