Southwestern Eye Care is a locally owned and operated optometry practice that is dedicated to serving you and your family’s eye care needs. Our goal at SWEC is to provide our patients with the most current, state-of-the-art vision care in a sincere and courteous manner. We use the newest medical advances for diagnosing, treating and managing eye diseases and for laser vision correction testing. We prescribe the newest technology in contact lenses for dry eyes, astigmatism, and presbyopia. We strive to meet all of our patients' vision care needs. All of our frames have a full-year breakage warranty. Some even have a two-year warranty at no extra charge. We offer value based frames as well as high fashion choices. PLEASE NOTE—as of 1/1/25 we have joined Performance Eye Care. The hours of the office have changed and we will no longer have Saturday hours but have extended hours on Tuesday. The new hours until further notice are as follows:

Dr. Bachman and the team of Southwestern Eye Care will officially join Performance Eyecare as of January 1. This is a great change for our patients because we’ll be introducing more doctor coverage through the week to provide more appointment options during the week, giving you even more flexibility and decreasing wait times.

And don’t worry – Dr. Bachman isn’t going anywhere! She’ll still be here, but this transition will allow her a little more time to focus on her family and her ministries at her church, which we know is well-deserved.

Performance Eyecare is still independently owned and locally operated, and there won’t be any staffing changes – you’ll see the same friendly faces you’ve always known.

Dr. Bachman and team look forward to continuing to serve in the community which has supported them for so many years.
