We’re excited to share that Silk & Co is upgrading our rewards experience!
We are officially transitioning all loyalty points from Clover into our new, integrated PatientNow Loyalty Points System.
This upgrade will allow you to easily track and redeem your rewards directly through PatientNow for a smoother, more seamless experience.
📄 What We Need From You
To securely transfer your existing Clover points into PatientNow, we need your permission.
Please complete the form below by December 20th.
After this date, we will no longer have access to pull or transfer any remaining Clover rewards or points. Once your form is submitted, please allow up to 7 days for us to review your account and move your points into the new system.
Submitting the form ensures your points remain active and transition with you into the upgraded platform.
